The Court is an organization. The Court must follow Court Procedures, initially defined by the Council. Amendments to Court Procedures may only be effected with the approval of the Council.
The responsibilities of the Court include:
* In the event that two parties are in disagreement of the interpretation of the Laws or the Constitution, they may submit a ''case'' to the Court. Pertinent to the particular case, the Court shall establish an interpretation, within the letter of the Laws and the Constitution, that will be considered correct. Olive: minor extra word mistake

Nanochat is an uppercase printing ASCII containing UTF-8 TCP newline protocol usually over port 44322 that can maybe sometimes be used to access [https://apionet.net/ Apionet] at “apiary.olive.ooo:8335”.

There is a [https://git.phial.org/d6/nanochat#clients list of clients] there. You can also just use nc or telnet, and it's possible to bodge some gopher and finger clients to read the history if they can stream.

Nanochat is an uppercase printing ASCII containing UTF-8 TCP newline protocol usually over port 44322 that can maybe sometimes be used to access [https://apionet.net/ Apionet] at “apiary.olive.ooo:8335”.

There is a [https://git.phial.org/d6/nanochat#clients list of clients] there. You can also just use nc or telnet, and it's possible to bodge some gopher and finger clients to read the history if they can stream.
