Welcome to the Museum. The goal of the Museum is to create a collection of object titles and seen titles (law 9). Particularly, the goal is to have a direct title (preferably) or seen title for every object for which there is an emoji.

To donate the museum, append a picture of the object to this page, as well some background information, including whether it is a seen title or an object title.

The Having Game is a game about ''having''. The Having Game pertains to the having of all things which may be had, as long as they're cheap. The Having Game may be played in any way whatsoever that you wish, as long as it does not contradict the [[#Constitution of Having|Constitution of Having]] or the [[#Laws of Having|Laws of Having]].

== Constitution of Having ==

# ''Objects'' in the Having Game are members of a ''class of concern''. A class of things is only class of concern if it is finite and each member has a value of less than or equal to 5 USD. A class of concern may not contain the fiat currency of a state or currency which may be exchanged for the fiat currency of a state. As long as it has these attributes, an object may be a tangible thing or an intangible concept.
# A person or organization ''has'' an object iff one of the following is true:
## they physically posess it either on their person, in their dwelling, or in their storage. Something is their storage or their dwelling if they have access either continuously or intermittently, no one else may levy a more reasonable or as reasonable ''claim'' to it, and they have some means to control or at least influence who accesses it.
## they have sole ultimate control of its relevant use. For example, one ''has'' an online account which they solely know the password to.
## it is a part of their body.
## it is claimed or defined as being had by them by the relevant rules or authority. For instance, one has membership in an organization that claims they have membership in it.
##* If the US Supreme Court rules that Jane Doe is the owner of an object, then Jane Doe has US ownership of that object. However, she may nonetheless not have the object itself. The court ordered ownership is its own independent object.
# A party does not have an object if:
## they are borrowing or leasing it. However, they do have the lease itself.

# The Constitution of Having may be amended if at any point a number of real people greater or equal to ''the threshold number'' agree to the amendment. Said people may be any people whatsoever, whatever their affiliation. Reasonable evidence must be presented of their agreement. For instance, an anonymous survey is not sufficiently substantiated.
#* The threshold number is presently '''25'''. The Constitution may be amended at any time by the Council of Having to increase this number, as long as the number does not exceed 5 times the amount of members of the Council that are real people.
# The Council of Having contains one or more members. A member may be a person or organization.
# It is not possible to win the Having Game.

== Laws of Having ==
# A title is an object. For each object, there is exactly one title. A title is initially had by the haver of its object. The haver of a title may change if its current haver agrees to transfer the ownership of a title to a new haver.
# A title may be split into any number of stocks of any fraction of the title. A party has a title iff they have all stocks of a title. The haver of a stock may change if its current haver agrees to transfer ownership.
# A given organization or person may only have one membership in the Council of Having.
# The Council of Having makes a decision if >50% of members vote to make this decision.
# The Council of Having may create ''appendments''. Appendments are new Laws of Having. They may not modify or contradict previous Laws of Having. If the Council contains '''8''' or more members that are real people, they may pass ''amendments'' which alter existing Laws of Having.
# Membership in the Council of Having is available in exchange for 25 bottle cap titles, 10 occlupanid titles, or 128 paperclip titles. Titles must be substantiated by Proof of Having as determined by the discretion of the Council (please [[special:upload|present your holdings in a suitable image]]). Transactions should be negotiated in the [[The Having Game/Town Square|Town Square]].
# A title may only be owned by one haver. A title may be ''issued'' at most once. Before a title is issued, the haver of a title is the single earliest haver of the object of the title. A title is considered to have been issued if at any point it transfers ownership, or the current haver of the title decides that it is issued.
#* In the above, "earliest haver" should be understood to mean "earliest ''current'' haver".
#* Suppose Jane picks up an apple at a store. Both the store and Jane have the apple; the store has had it longer, so the store holds the title. Next, Jane removes the apple from the store, whether via purchase or shoplifting. Jane is now the only haver of the apple, so she holds its title, and may issue or transfer it as she pleases.

I am issuing and claiming all 22 of their titles, and transferring 10 of the titles to "osmarks occlupanid holdings I", an organization containing only me and under my control. Both I and osmarks occlupanid holdings I are exchanging these for council membership. Muahahahahahahahahahahahaha. I cannot be stopped at this point.
