The Having Game is a game played by some friends online. It is a game about scavenger hunts and collecting objects, but a major part of the game is changing the rules themselves, as well as deciding their fair interpretation.

You are, as a neutral observer, asked to choose one of the sides of this dispute. You are also asked to provide a short explanation as to why you chose this interpretation.

Since we're all quite far away from each other, the Having Game allows players to exchange objects within the game without actually moving them around, using a representation of that object called a ''title''.

Alice has traded the "title" of her eyeballs (the part of her body) for membership in an organization in the having game called Example Organization.

Rule 1 of the Constitution of Having defines which kinds of things may be collected in the having game:

Beth, an existing member of Example Organization, argues that it is not permissible for Alice to trade a title of her eyeballs, as eyeballs are worth more than 5 USD.

== Appendment ==
The Court is an organization. The Court has a set of responsibilities, which may be expanded via appendments. The Court must follow Court Procedure, including in deciding its members. The Court procedure shall be defined by the Council initially. Then, according to Court procedure, the Court procedures may be amended, iff the Council decides to endorse this amendment.
* Iff two parties are in disagreement of the interpretation of the Laws or the Constitution, they may submit a ''case'' to the Court. Pertinent to the particular case, the Court shall establish an interpretation, within the letter of the Laws and the Constitution. The Court may limit which cases are accepted according to Procudures.

# A Judge is a person who is a member of the Court. There must at all times be at least 1 Judge.
# If at any time there are fewer than '''2''' Judges, then the Council may appoint a Judge of their choosing.
# Given the consent of two people who are not Judges nor members of the Council, as well as >50% of the current Judges, a new Judge may be appointed.

## The Judge presents the docket to the parties. If any party finds that it is unsatisfactory, they may request revisions, but if the Judge finds that they are wasting the Court's time, the docket is considered to be sufficient as-is.
## An ''outsider'' is a person who is uninvolved in the Having Game. The Court must solicit those involved with the Having Game but not a party to the case to poll outsiders, presenting each the docket and requesting that they select a particular interpretation.
##* The outsider must not be prompted or influenced to choose any particular answer.
##* The relation of the outsider to the poller must be disclosed.
##* The outsider's response must be recorded exactly, ideally with any commentary they considered relevant.
## The Judge must allow a sufficient amount of time to collect responses. The Judge must consider all responses, unless it is found that a response was not collected following Court Procedures, or the Judge considers the outsider to have a conflict of interest. The outcome which has the majority support among pollees is selected. If there is a tie, the Judge shall break it.
# The Court Procedures shall be amended upon the agreement of >50% of members of the Court and the fulfillment of the requirements defined by Law. If the Court Procedures are amended during a case, the case follows the Procedures as they were defined when the case was accepted by the Court.
