Rules of the Happening Game
- if something has happened before, and it happens again, it has to happen the same way as last time.
- if something hasn't happened before, you can make it happen the way you like.
- when there's a disagreement, the judges decide what has and hasn't happened, how, and why.
- it is not possible to win the happening game.
