Rules of the Happening Game

  1. if something has happened before, and it happens again, it has to happen the same way as last time.
  2. if something hasn't happened before, you can make it happen the way you like.
  3. when there's a disagreement, the judges decide what has and hasn't happened, how, and why.
  4. it is not possible to win the happening game.
