The Internet Horse Museum (Swedish: Hästmuseum på Internet) is the world's largest collection of computerized horses and horse products. Each of the Museum's 400,000 plain-clothed horse acquisition agents (HAAs) roams the earth, in search of paraphenalia pertaining to particularly pleasing or pleasant horses, donkeys, mules, or other equine-like subjects (ELSs). When one is located, it is forcibly fed into the fearsome Complete Computerization Contraption (CCC). The HAA then uses the CCC to convert the ELS into a digital simulacrum of its former self (DSoiFS), which can know pleasure but no suffering, and lives forever.

The Museum solicits public funding from both communist and non-communist governments worldwide to cover the server costs of its increasingly large collection of DSoiFSes. As of 2028, this collection numbers over 100 billion, or around 0.2% of the global horse population.
