WAY and STOPS contain elements seperated by exclamation marks, TIME can contain anything, just make sure it's unique

if you receive a piece of post, and you are not the first element of STOP, then note yourself on the WAY after a new exclamation mark, and send it on.

if you are the first element of STOP, then note youtself on the WAY after a new exclamation mark, remove yourself and the exclamation mark from the front of STOP, and send it to the new first element of STOP.

if you are not, then you can send it anywhere you like! you can send directly to it's destination, but that is boring, it is much more fun to send it on a journey elsewhere

if you know you cannot send a piece of post, then add yourself to
